Introduction

Welcome to TravelTreasure (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using TravelTreasure.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TravelTreasure. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Your Account

You may use TravelTreasure as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TravelTreasure only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data in an automated manner
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Content You Save

TravelTreasure allows you to save places, notes, and links from third-party sources such as Instagram and TikTok. You are solely responsible for the content you save and share. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You have the right to save and use the content you submit
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws

We do not claim ownership of the content you save. You retain all rights to your personal travel data.

Subscriptions and Payments

TravelTreasure offers a Pro subscription (“TravelTreasure Pro”) with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payments are charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the App Store or Google Play refund policies

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Intellectual Property

The TravelTreasure app, including its design, logos, code, and curated content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

TravelTreasure integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Apple Sign In, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Location data, place information, or hours extracted from third-party content are accurate or up to date
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Always verify travel information independently before making plans based on content saved in TravelTreasure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelTreasure and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI-Powered Features

TravelTreasure uses artificial intelligence to extract place names, locations, and travel information from URLs and social media content you share (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok videos). By using these features, you acknowledge:

• AI extraction may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect results — always verify place details before relying on them
• We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content including wrong addresses, hours, or place names
• The places and data saved to your account are your responsibility to review and correct

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravelTreasure and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Data Loss

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, TravelTreasure is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or deletion of user data stored within the Service. We recommend keeping your own records of important travel information.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or in all locations. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by Service unavailability.

Termination

You may stop using TravelTreasure and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
